Welcome to Classita Timetable (“App”). Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the App operated by Classita Timetable (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to bind your school or organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Classita Timetable provides school administration tools, including but not limited to:

CSV Timetable file analysis and editing.
•
Manual timetable construction.
•
Automated teacher substitution planning and reporting.
•
PDF report generation.
3. Subscription, Trials, and Payments
3.1 Free Trial: We may offer a one-time free trial period for new users. After the trial period expires, access to premium features (such as generating substitution reports or saving manual builds) will require an active subscription. 3.2 Billing: All payments and subscriptions are processed securely through:

Google Play Billing (for Android users)
•
Apple App Store Billing (for iOS users) 3.3 Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple ID account settings. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by local law.
4. User Responsibilities & Data
4.1 Accuracy of Data: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload (CSV files) or enter manually. We do not guarantee that the generated substitution plans will be error-free if the source data is incorrect or incomplete. 4.2 Lawful Use: You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose or to upload any content that contains viruses, malware, or malicious code. 4.3 Intellectual Property: The “Classita Timetable” name, logo, and all source code are the exclusive property of Classita Timetable. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for its intended purpose.
5. Technical Limitations & Maintenance
We strive for 24/7 availability; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to third-party server issues (e.g., Firebase or Google Play Services).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classita Timetable shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
•
Errors in automated scheduling or substitution logic.
•
Loss of school data stored on the device or in the cloud.
•
Any administrative or financial issues within your school resulting from the use of the App. The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or misused the App in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
